Howard Dean says he is against the war, but he still wants to "defeat the threat posed by terrorists, tyrants, and technologies of mass destruction."
But he outlines no way to do it. I seriously doubt he would pull out of Iraq if he got into office. Just like Clinton continued to bomb Iraq when he got the job.
